Do you know any cancer preventative recipes/supplements?
My Dad has bladder cancer. It started out in his ureter, he had to have his kidney removed, and now it has progressed to his bladder. He just had a cancerous tumor removed. He has refused to get X-rays/catscans to see how far it has progressed. I'm afraid he is going to deny all conventional treatment so I have been looking extensively online for alternative therapies.
The most powerful supplements I have found with adequate scientific peer reviewed studies have been Vitamin D and Turmeric/Curcumin. (also Omega 3s)
I have now convinced him to start taking Vitamin D and Turmeric tablets. I have heard a lot of pet owners have actually had tumors shrink after starting to supplement their pets' diets with Turmeric.
Here are some links if any of you are interested. These are not extensive, but you can find plenty if you search a Journal database or use Google:
Turmeric/Curcumin:

Vitamin D:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19523595
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16380576
I know A LOT of people deal with cancer. As much as I Google, research, etc I know there might be individuals out there who have gone through this and have found their own research on supplements and may have a lot of knowledge.
Also, my Dad eats really unhealthy. We are talking gobs of butter, it's ungodly. He has a diet very high in saturated fat and animal proteins. He also drinks Pepsi like a fiend.
He does eat vegetables but the problem is when he eats them he loads them up with butter. So I'm wondering if any of you have any tasty anti-inflammatory/cancer fighting recipes I could try on my family? (Note: They don't have to be vegan or vegetarian. My family eats meat.)
Also, do you know of any promising supplements that may help with cancer? Specifically tumors?
Thanks for reading. I am looking to eventually copy down a bunch of this research so we can have something semi comprehensive to turn to because I know we basically all deal with cancer some way or another in our lives. Any help or input would be great! Thanks in advance.

No idea, tomatoes should do stuff, they have that lycopene.
@Thatslifekid - Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into it. It's convenient too, if tomatoes were a currency I'd be so wealthy. I swear that's all my Dad plants.
hmm....I'm sorry to hear that...cancer is an interesting thing..and if he doesnt want to get a scan..its only going to make it more difficult to know if the cancer has spread....As far as supplementation...you have to understand what cancer is to better treat it..and specific cancers(IE Bladder cancer)targets a specific system in his body...without the test its going to be hard to know what vitamins he is low on..because multi-vitamins and omega 3's r supplementary..that means you are suppose to ALREADY be eating foods with nutritional value and the vitamins just make sure that you meet the recommended daily dosage....
He has to change his diet..its imperative..because cancer cell replicate due to a mismatch in the design of cell growth...this is stopped or slowed down by free radicals(this is why fish oils...acai berrys are so popular because its to be high in antioxidants which control cell growth and release amounts of free radicals). He should eat around 1500 mg of sodium a day to keep cholestoral/Blood Pressure levels in check..and really the best way to defeat cancer is to make your whole entire body more healthy..which means exercise and eating healthy...if he can't exercise eating healthy and walking 30 mins 3 times a week is good enough to get into some kind of shape....
Tumors are very hard to figure out...so hard that doctors don't truly understand them themselves thats why I say its better to get the ENTIRE body in physical shape instead of trying to pinpoint one thing...
Also mental health is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AS WELL...your body responds to what you are thinking..simply put..if you think you aew healthy you feel healthy....
Obviously I'm not a doctor but I have a relative who is an oncologist who lets me read all their books....I can give you numerous supplements that people say fight cancer...but non of them have been proven....but I can tell you eating healthier will make him feel better...lots of fruits and vegetables..and if hes eating fruits it needs to be dark..like Blueberries Rasberries Dragonfruit....Grapes....
hope i helped...
@BlizzZX - Thank you for taking the time to make such a well thought out comment. I completely agree with you eating healthy is imperative but he's really stubborn that's why I'm trying to find some recipes, etc maybe he will eat.
Thanks for the supplement advice, I will look into the acai berries and try to find a way to get him to eat more dark fruit.
I'm sorry about your father. When my dog had cancer, I took her to a vet that specialised in Chinese herbs and a specific diet which was people food. These herbs were mixed in the food, so the flavour is masked. I also had her on these pills called 4-Life Transfer Factor which boosts the immune system.
As far as the butter, I'd try to sneak in that one they're selling with the olive oil and Omega 3. Hopefully, some folks here will know of other things.
I'm so sorry to hear about your dad
cancer sucks. I know cranberry juice is good for UTIs and overall for the bladder.
Hi from my exoerience diet should he strict. eat only boiled vegges and boiled meat. avoid pork and beef and include more fish without skin and chicken without skin. i heard about a herbal medicine from my indian friend. just give me a days time i ll try to find where you can get that
I read a statistic recently that the FDA banned apricot seeds and B17 extract from being sold because they were successfully stopping cancer with alternative-medicine doctors--they cited it as an "unapproved drug". My uncle found a way to order it from other countries, B17 that is. I think there are ways to get around this "ban".
Also, Susan Sommers came out with a book called "Knockout". It recounts her experience with treating and beating her own cancer with alternative medicine, and the surprising difficulty she had getting alternative medical treatment because of ridiculous red tape.
Also--I have heard of people maintaining an entirely sugar-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, meat-free diet--and successfully beating cancer. Don't even eat fruit. Eat only vegetables/fibrous plants. It's the diet at most alternative cancer-treatment centers.
Don't take my word for it. Go ahead and confirm whatever I have said here. And, sincerely, good luck. I pray your dad heals quickly and painlessly.
Please avoid cheese and butter and fried stuff
I'm so sorry you and your Dad are going through this!!
I don't know specifics except that I've heard good things about acai berries too. They are supposed to be one of those superfoods. I read one of the comments above about not eating fruits so I'm not sure. I've heard of the Suzanne Somers book. There is a lot of controversy about it, but she has apparently also been cancer free for quite a long time.
I have a friend who fought off cancer a couple of years ago. I'll ask her for any ideas and will pass them to you if she has any. I think this post is a great idea and wish you and your Dad the best.
Diet alone cannot do anything about existing cancers. Diet primarily used as a preventative, but even that is questionable.
The decision to seek treatment for cancer is an intensely personal decision, but I know how you feel. My father in law just had surgery for pancreatic cancer, they removed a tumor and he's doing well. Pancreatic cancer has a 5% survival rate for I think it's like 5 years. A calm rational conversation with him might help. I've often wondered what I'd do in a similar situation.
Hey lovely lady, I don't know much about Cancer unfortunately and would hate to give you false information. But I do know that stubbornness might not help the situation. If you convinced him to take vitamins perhaps you can motivate him to seek out that x ray, and perhaps eat healthier? I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts and hoping for the best. Hugs. Stay strong for him
So sorry to hear about your dad. There is never a good time to face the mortality of our parents. I hope you can find something that will be of some help to him. I recently saw an article about a fruit (guanaba) I enjoyed as a teenager in Guatemala but hadn't seen since then. I don't know about the studies to back it up, but the article claimed the fruit has very strong medicinal value against cancer. I'll include the link and hope it might be of some assistance. All I know about it is, it has a disconcerting texture, a wonderful flavor, and it's hard to find. I did see that someone was selling a tea with the stuff in it. Apparently it is most often called guanabana in Latin America or soursop in English.
http://guanabanacancer.net/
@lightnindan - I've seen those at Asian Markets before. Didn't have enough guts to actually get one though. Maybe next time.
Hi Shimmer, sorry your dad is ill. I want to point out that an obviously well intentioned commenter left some info that's slightly off. Foods rich in anti-oxidants in fact do not release free radicals, but rather help to neutralize and remove them from the body. Free radicals are the enemy, so a diet rich in anti-oxidants is a great idea. Berries (I like blueberries) are a great source, and here's a simple recipe to get Dad eating plenty of 'em:
In a bowl, mix half a can of blueberry pie filling with 1.5 to 2 cups of thawed frozen blueberries In another bowl, mix one cup of SELF RISING flour, one cup of milk and 3/4 cup of sugar (I use raw sugar).
Melt a stick of butter (I know I know but no recipe is perfect) in a 10 x 10 baking dish, then pour the mixed batter into the center of the baking dish. Use a table spoon to put equal amounts of the filling in the center, sides and corners. Pop it into an oven pre-heated to 375 and bake for 45 minutes. Hope you try it cuz I know you'll both love it, and blueberries are an antioxidant bomb to the body! Lemme know if'n ya do!
Peace
I don't know about any recipes, but I will start praying for your father; it's all I can do.
Sorry to hear about your dad. I wish i had some advice for you but i don't
But you seem to be on the right track and the others have given you some good advice.
Dates and lots of water ( no more than 4 cups am hour) might help. All the best!
Awh.
I'm sorry about your dad. My prayers go out to you and him! Hope he gets better. Here's one cancer preventive recipe i looked up that sounds kind of yummy.http://www.joybauer.com/healthy-recipes/balsamic-chicken.aspx
Sorry to hear of your father's cancer. All I can say is that alternative medicines are ok as a gimmick. He needs modern scientific medicine if he is to live.
Dear Nataly,
My prayers are with you and your father. Good karma and positive energy are coming your way.
Butter? Pepsi? I drink tea and only use a bit of margarine, never butter. Too much cholesterol for these aging arteries!
I witnessed my late roommate Cancerboy's battle with the disease for over half a decade. He didn't eat well either.
Michael F. Nyiri, poet,philosopher, fool
I will spend some time researching this.
I'm sorry you are going through this! I'm not too sure what he can eat, but he definitely needs to stop consuming butter and loads of pepsi. Not sure if this will help, but loads of cranberry juice and like someone else said, boiled veggies. I should do more research <3
I will look into my books & ask my heath practitioner.
When I was in NC for a month, I stayed with an older couple and the man had cancer. He didn't do chemo or anything. He told me he turned to acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Sorry I don't have more specifics. :/
No. can't say I know anything about this.
This is something I would have to look up. I have no clue. Like one of the other posters said, prevention is the key. If he is not going to get a scan to see how bad things are, it's hard to give advice on how to move forward. It is also difficult if he doesn't want to change his diet, lifestyle, and view of the world. But I will look for some things that may help him.
When my grandfather's cancer came back and he decided that he did not want to fight it, it was difficult for everyone. He knew the cancer was back; he could feel it. He felt that chemo and radiation were the most painful things he had ever experienced, and he just didn't think he could handle going through them again, especially when they were only going to give him a few more years of life. We spent the time enjoying we had with him.
This is a godo site.

Butter is actually not bad, especially if it's organic. It's much better than margarine which has hydrogenated oils which in themselves can cause cancer. Sugar is much worse. Cancer cells feed off of sugar to grow. Fruits and vegetables are the best thing to eat. Some supplements that might help are Essiac Tea, Selenium (not more than 200 mcg a day), AHCC, Modified Citrus Pectin, and Proteolytic Enzymes taken on an empty stomach. Also, there's good reports on intravaneous Vitamin C, but you have to find a doctor in your area that does that.
I'm sorry that your pops had to have his kidney removed and that his health is in such bad shape. I agree with BlizzZX, he has to seriously change his diet. I've been learning that going on raw juice fast for about two weeks to a month or a little longer and eating raw fruits and veggies is a great start to cleansing your body to eliminate most diseases. If you search YouTube their are many channels about raw diets and recipes and show how to transition to that type of healthy diet. Also look up some info about purest colloids silver, copper, gold and platinum.
Hear are some links and website about a doctor that practices alternative medicines.
I hope this info helps.
Barley green, wheat grass shots, chlorella, spirilina. Raw green high chlorophyll vegetables. Cancer lives in a high acidic PH environment. It dies in a high alkaline PH environment. If you go to my Facebook page friends list and add Toby Hunter he can help. He is an expert with this.
As eating healthily is a step your dad's not prepared to take then this is probably irrelevant, but there was a fascinating BBC documentary last night about how fasting can enhance the body's ability to repair itself. Alternate day fasting (or five days of normal eating followed by two of fasting) appears to kick the body out of growth mode and into fix mode. Research looks encouraging, though it's in very early stages. And it would seem likely that it'll be much more effective as a preventative measure rather than a cure.If you're interested, the programme is called "Eat, Fast and Live Longer", it's currently on the BBC's iPlayer service, though you'll probably need to employ a proxy to fool it into thinking you're in the UK... otherwise you can probably find it on YouTube.
Hmmm I don't know much about supplements for cancer.. but, I heard cranberry tablets are great to take for bladder health. You can get them at any pharmacy in the vitamin section.
I don't know much about it...but I do hope that his stubborness subsides at least a little and you can get him to eat a little better and take the supplements.
First, help him live free from worry. Excessive stress tends to weaken the immune system.
Next, eat health and flavorful foods. I try to eat foods from this list every day...
1. Blueberries Sweet wild blueberries are bursting with antioxidants. Studies show that a
blueberry-rich diet improves memory and motor skills and reverses age-related
declines in balance and coordination.
2. Dark Leafy Greens According to the Human Nutrition Research Center of Aging, “homocysteine has
a toxic effect on arterial walls, and oxidation corrodes the arterial walls.” In
order to break themselves down, homocysteines require folate and B12 or B6,
vitamins found in vegetables like spinnach, collard greens and swiss
chard.
3. Salmon, Sardines, Trout and Herring Fatty fish are full of neuroprotective omega-3 fatty acids.
Higher levels of omega-3 go hand-in-hand with higher levels of serotonin, a
mood-enhancing brain chemical. Because a fish diet aids communication between
nerve cells, studies have shown its positive effect on learning acquisition and
memory performance.
4. Tomatoes They can ward off certain kinds of cancer, prevent macular degeneration and cataracts,
and help maintain mental function as we age. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a
relatively rare member of the carotenoid family, also found in pink grapefruit
and twice as powerful as beta-carotene. Tomatoes also contain the antioxidant
glutathione, which helps boost immune function. And because lycopene is
fat-soluble, eating tomatoes with olive oil can improve
absorption.
5. Red Wine, Grape Juice Drinking red wine in moderation increases longevity. New
research shows that concord grape juice significantly improves short-term memory
and motor skills. Grape juice increases production of the neurotransmitter
dopamine. Concord grape juice has the highest total antioxidant level of any
fruit, vegetable or juice tested.
6. Whole Grains and Brown Rice One thing you can do to improve intake of nutrients is to switch
to brown rice. It’s filled with vitamins and magnesium, which seems to be
important to cognitive health.
7. Cocoa Chang Young Lee, professor of food chemistry at Cornell University, found that the antioxidant
content of two tablespoons of pure cocoa powder is “almost two times stronger
than red wine, two to three times stronger than green tea and four to five times
stronger than that of black tea.” The antioxidants in hot cocoa protect brain
cells from oxidative stress that can lead to Alzheimer’s and other
disorders.
8. Nuts, Notably Almonds and Walnuts Adding to their party-mix appeal, nuts are rich in
antioxidants and have been found to lower blood cholesterol levels. Walnuts are
rich in omega-3s.
9. Olive Oil Olive oil contains the potent antioxidants called polyphenols, Olive oil has been shown to
reduce blood pressure and cholesterol levels. The extra-virgin variety is
best.
10. Garlic This pungent herb fends off aging via its antioxidant properties. It also contains strong
antibacterial and antiviral compounds that help shake off stress-induced colds
and infections. Raw, crushed garlic is best; cooked garlic is less powerful but
still benefits the cardiovascular system.
Honorable
mentions:
Broccoli - lots of vitamin C, carotenoids*, and folic acid
Beans - Inexpensive, low in fat, and rich in protein, iron, folic acid, and fiber.
Cantaloupe - a quarter melon supplies almost as much vitamin A and C as most people need in an entire day.
Fat-free (skim) or low-fat (1% but not 2%) milk - excellent source of calcium, vitamins and protein with little or no
artery-clogging saturated fat and cholesterol.
Oranges - rich in vitamin C, folic acid, and fiber.
Sweet Potatoes - loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber.
100% Whole-Grain Bread - higher in fiber and about a dozen vitamins and minerals than enriched while
bread or "wheat" bread.
Berries: cranberries, cherries, raspberries, and strawberries are all rich in anthocyanins that repair and protect DNA.
Tea: black and green contain powerful compounds shown in studies to lower the risk of several types of cancer.
Pumpkin: a super-rich source of both beta-carotene and alpha-carotene, two hard-working carotenoids that combat lung
and ovarian cancer.
Pineapple: the enzyme bromelain may inhibit the growth of malignant cells in both lung and breast cancer, while the phenolic compounds also provide a protective benefit.
Apple: one a day help keep cancer at bay. Studies show quercetin may reduce the risk of lung cancer and impede growth of prostate cancer cells. .
Oatmeal: one of the only food sources of GLA, an important fatty acid. Go for the slow cooking kind, not the instant)
Eggs: nature's most complete food and a highly bio-available source of protein. Get the free-range kind which have omega-3 fats, (and don't be afraid of the yolk)
Water: nourishes, replenishes, and is needed for every cellular process in the body.
Lean meat: (Lamb and venison) The iron and B-12 are best absorbed from meat, and it's a
great source of protein. Small portions can absolutely be part of an effective
diet for both weight loss and health).
Carrots: Carrots are loaded with a potent antioxidant called beta-carotene, a member of the healing family of carotenoids. Cooked carrots have considerably higher levels of antioxidants than uncooked.
Clean filtered water is perhaps one of the best things for us I drink nearly a gallon of water every day all summer long, a little less in the winter.
I will keep him and you, in my prayers.
I'm so sorry.
I don't have any information about good alternative treatments, but it looks like a lot of other people have provided helpful information. That said, I really hope that you can get your dad to take better care of himself and get conventional treatment as well. You and your dad are in my thoughts, I hope you're able to figure out something that helps!
@BlizzZX - does he like juice? If you can get him to drink Monavie Immune it will help. Its loaded with antioxidents, 13 servings of fruit and vegi's. Also, try to encourage him to not eat anything that has sugar in it, cancer feeds off of it. Hope this helps
no sorry.im so sorry.i hope he gets better, and recovers soon
Wish I knew something to help.
I wish I had answers, but all I have is an "I'm so sorry for what you are going through." Cancer is almost as hard on the family as it is the patient, and I will keep you both in my prayers.
Seek out a Chinese herbal practioner. A real one will take the patient's pulse, look at the eyes and ask some questions. But if your father does not have faith, it is hard to cure cancer. People without faith will not follow the regime and that would be a waste of time.
Steve Jobs had pancreatic cancer and tried alternative medicines. His mistake was waiting too long to try the regular treatments. You can read it in his recent biography.
My cousin knows a lot about this. He practices holistic medicine in Western Michigan and has actually beat cancer himself. I'll send you information.
Hi there is a herbal medicine called triphala from himalaya. its herbal and no sideeffects you can try that. http://www.himalayahealthcare.com/nl/may_mailer.htm
The Gerson Therapy seems to have had success for many people. Dr. Burzynski has also successfully cured cancer in his patients.
Black seed oil has apoptosis affects (from what I have read). It also boosts your immune system, which is very important for the body to fight cancer. Actually, drinking turmeric mixed in milk is better form (I would say) than pill form...unless the pill is just a gel with turmeric powder in it. Other spices are also very rich healthy nutrients that help inflammation in the body and boost the immune system. Garlic and ginger are also wonderful things. Raw milk, grass-fed animals that are allowed to graze are better sources of meat/poultry than those produced on industrial farms.
Filtered water, including water without fluoride, is also probably helpful. Fluoride, according to some studies, has been linked to increased cancer risk.
The reality is, the foods that are best for you also come with a bitter taste and it's difficult to get used to.
http://www.mercola.com is a good website to reference. He's great.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soursop
it says breast cancer, don't know if it works on anything else.
Try Mona Vie
I really dont have any suggestions but I hope he gets better. *HUGs*
Wait... I do remember a PBS special about light pollution saying melatonin(?) helps fight cancerous cells. They mentioned how cancer might be more common due to more artificial light. (darkness encourages our body produce more melatonin).
Perhaps to give you some hope: My dear FIL, who is 94, had a kidney removed about 5 yrs ago from cancer, and was diagnosed with bladder cancer. In lieu of traditional chemo, he underwent a series of BCG treatments over the course of the next year (see here: http://www.webmd.com/cancer/bladder-cancer/bacillus-calmette-guerin-bcg-for-bladder-cancer), which are non-invasive, except for catheter, and little side effects, and just passed yet another 6 mth scan & was cancer free again. He lives in an independent-living complex, watches his diet, fluid intake and weight, but not fanatically. We're happy that we've been blessed with the gift of every extra year!
@endlesssummer128 - Wow thanks so much for your help and sharing. You don't know how much I appreciate it.
@VNlilMAN - Thank you for the lead! I really appreciate you taking the time to add what you know.
@LKJSlain - Thanks Lisa, great suggestion! I'm definitely looking for stuff like that to add to his diet.
@iones_island - Thank you!!!
@muhminbillah - Thank you xs 1,000,000!!
Check out a web organization called CANCURE.com, they post a lot of food and supplement articles
Good blog ! I like it very much ! Though i am an obd2 supplier, i think it is really very interesting ! Thanks !
I don't know of any recipe or supplements, but I recently read in a PM magazine (scientific magazine) that active imagination works. That's not praying to God that he heals you, or acting like you don't have cancer. What I'm talking about is something like meditation; you sit down (daily) and imagine that the cancer cells in whatever part of your body is dying for whatever reason, eg. your body is heating up and the heat is destroying the cancer cells. You don't even have to be accurate with your anatomy and the thing doesn't even have to be scientifically true. The doctor in the paper says that they can't explain how it works, but it works. The brain/body apparently has the ability to heal itself.
Sounds a bit like voodoo, I know, but wouldn't it be great if it worked?
Anything that has antiodoxiants in it fight free radicals (cancer and cancer causing agents) in the body. Best sources I have found come in capsul form and I trust GNC way before Walmart. You want the real stuff not synthetic. Slippery Elm Bark is an excelent anti-inflamatory. Cranberries help to flush the bladder, kidneys and liver. Not sure about anything to deal with this specific type of cancer though. But those things shouldn't hurt for sure considering what they do.
Honestly he peoplei have known with cancer did best with exersize. When they stoppped, it all got worse.
I dont know if that is something that would be good for him or something he would be willing to do.
Along with the Tumeric, Tomatoes- Dark berries are great in antioxidants. I also recommend a BCQ complex multivitamin. BCQ stands for Bromelain (in Pineapples), Curcumin (Tumeric) and Quercetin. These three elements together are SUPER cancer- fighters! Keep it up with what you are doing! Also, get him into smoothies. When my mother was battling cancer, I would make her smoothies with ground chia seeds, spinach, berries, wheatgrass powder, and rice protein powder. She would down them when she was loosing her appetite and would fill her. Also, Shiitake mushrooms in a nice soup with garlic is also great. Mushrooms have some serious immune-boosting abilities to kill colds and give the immune system more focus to target in on those cancerous cells. Try these out! I think I still have up my recipe for my "Big girl soup" which has garlic, fish, mushrooms and so much more to it for consumption. I will place the link on here so you can check it out. Good luck!!! I will have more to post later as this is a fascinating topic for me since I have been through the ringer with it.
So sorry about your dad.
My grandpa had colon cancer. When they first found it, he went to the Oral Roberts cancer treatment center in Oklahoma and they treated it aggressively with diet and medications- the reason I mention this is that I learned that sugar feeds cancer. Maybe you can convince him to ditch the Pepsi and other sugars? I'm not a dietician or anything though. Good luck to him.
Have you tried the National Cancer Institute?
I'm so sorry about your father, and am not certain the NCS will have anything that can help. That is the only possible advice I can give you as my parents thankfully have not gone through that.
Bless your family dear.
Amy
I go to a holistic school thats all about this stuff where people have healed their cancer.
If I were in that situation I'd either juice feast or eat a very very healthy high raw diet, as well as getting regular exercise and working through any undealt with emotional issues.
There's a popular book we use at my school called "Heal Your Body A-Z" by Louise L. Hay
She healed her cancer through what she talks about in the book (simple, good read) and nutrition. I recommend checking it out!
There's a big debate about vitamin C.
"Studies in the 1970s and 1980s conducted by Linus Pauling, Ewan Cameron, and colleagues suggested that very large doses of vitamin C (10 grams/day intravenously for ten days followed by at least 10 grams/day orally indefinitely) were helpful in increasing the survival time and improving the quality of life of terminal cancer patients (78). " http://lpi.oregonstate.edu/infocenter/vitamins/vitaminC/
Your father may start by increasing his vitamin intake. Overall, you really need to change his diet and exercise lifestyle. >__
Hope your dad wins his battle!
I'm so sorry to hear this. Good luck to you both. I have heard things like raspberries and green tea can fight cancer. Also, I just was watching some stuff on how sugar (carbs in general) may feed cancer tumors so a diet low in starches and sugar can possibly help. Again, good luck!
I have no idea.I'm so sorry about your dad having cancer.I HATE cancer and what it does to people. You are such an awesome daughter to research this,it shows you love your dad.If he doesn't show it he loves you,I'm sure he feels it.We have some friends at out church that use these Super Foods and other different stuff they get.I don't really know anything about it.All I know is years ago when one of their daughters worked for me,her mom was at the office and I had a headache and she tried to get me to take some cayene pepper extract I think it was and that it helped headaches.I was like "YEAH,my mouth we be so on fire I'd forget all about the headache "LOL She put some in water and gave it to me.Didn't do anything, prolly cuz it was such a small amount.I wish our dad would try conventional treatments.I mean yeah, sometimes those treatments make you sicker than the cancer but so often they do work.Praying for your dad,and for you.
When my mom had cancer she tried supplements. I think it saved my mom's life to just get treatment from a regular doctor.
I just want him to be BETTER! Bless him, you, and your family. Prayers your dirrection girl!
Damn this site is fulla some fulla shit mahfuckers, but I digress.
Bless ya pops...cancer ain't easy, it took some of my family to, so Iknow how you feel.
As far as Omega-3's...to get mine I use Chia Seeds before workouts.
If you put them in water or juice they get an almost, tapioca pearl-like consistency after a few minutes.
And they have more Omega-3's than salmon.
Since you can put them in any liquid, they taste how ever you want them to taste.
I suppose you could put them shits in beer and it would work too...Imma do that shit one day tho.
But for real, get them offa amazon, don't go to Whole Food's bitch ass, they'll charge too much.
Just get a big bag and put them in ya pops juice and water and such.
If you think Big Mock-D playin about this, please follow these steps:
-Take ya lil ass to google with the search term "chia motherfucking seeds"
-Remove the word 'motherfucking'.
-Press enter.

dealing with inflammation
http://sock-doc.com/2012/08/first-aid-for-injuries-inflammation-part3/
its part 3 of a 4 part series of posts slanted towards athletes but kinda puts in perspective that inflammation
is the beginning of your body trying to heal itself and how to control it
http://www.drgangemi.com/healthtopics/
another website from the same guy but covers a wider range of topics besides athletic performance.
i recommend reading the cholesterol and cancer articles.
there's also one on dietary supplements but i don't think its quite what you want.
i feel like this guy explains why better than some of these other websites instead
of just telling you fruit drinks are bad, stop drinking them! he goes in depth.
the links i recommend will kinda explain why your dad eating lots of butter (real good quality i hope)
and you forcing him to take vitamin d kinda go hand in hand
My dad had bladder cancer 15 years ago. he has fully recovered. Bladder cancer is perhaps one of the least difficult cancers to treat. I hope he is doing well.
Hi. You're gay. Please post something new. I have a monsterous lust for entertainment
@amateurprose - Yes, sir. I will get on it within a couple days, I just finished my statistics course... (with an A, booyah!)
blah blah blah. post some quirky, "sexy" shit. I dont give a fuck about your world. Just dish out the goods.
@amateurprose - cleavage it is.
cruciferous veggies are supposed to help.. broccoli, kale etc
Sorry about your father. I do not know any food that treats cancer, but I've read that garlic can be helpful in preventing cancer in the stomach, esophagus and breast. Antioxidants like most berries and pomegranate are also good, and even red wine.
I think this is the best blog I have been through all this day.

Mint sounds like a great application! Is there anybody who has experience using this app? I\'m going to download it and check the reviews, but I just wanted to hear a positive review from somebody on this site
thx for interesting post!
My favourite Budgeting app hands down is YNAB You Need A Budget.
I am looking for an app that functions like the BudgetMap paper system. Is anything close to that available?
Thank you for your great job !
I\\\'ve been using Mint for about 8 months. Absolutely love it. By far the best app for money tracking I\\\'ve ever used, and I\\\'ve used programs on both the old Palm OS and BlackBerry OS. I live in Canada so not all financial institutions are supported but the list is expanding. It\\\'s free but I would be happy to pay $10 for this app.
What's up colleagues, its enormous paragraph concerning tutoringand entirely defined,

Microsoft Surface is a 10. Your full email address preceded

This is my first time visit at here and i am actually happy to read everthing at alone

same out of date rehashed material. Great read! I've saved your site and I'm including
your RSS feeds to my Google account.
