  • My fatty thighs for @ladyboyrevolution :)

    @ladyboyrevolution asked how my high carb, vegan, low fat diet was going. Basically I eat low fat, high carb vegan foods and I eat a lot of calories. I don't count calories so I have plenty of energy to be active and workout.

    30bananasaday.com for anyone who is interested.

    I thought this is a pretty funny before/after illustration. I had never tried on yoga shorts before and my friend requested I try them... anyway, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO MY THIGHS WHEN MY SHORTS ARE TOO TIGHT AND I EAT JUNK FOOD. ba ha ha.

  • Sexeh! Ugh I need to start running again.

  • The raw food component of that diet is important to highlight.  Unless I'm mistaken, the body burns a LOT of calories just processing raw food, which is probably why this works... I'll need to read up on it.  Nice thighs though, that is inspirational!  What was the time lapse between the two photographs?

  • AWESOME! It is working!!! But I wanna see your gluteus maximus

  • @light_blue_fables - raw fruit is SUPER EASY to digest.

  • Whoa.. Good stuff! Maybe I should try it out after I'm done with the chocolates!!

  • Your slim ankles draw attention to your long delicate footbones darlin'.

    I love ladyboys.

  • Shimmer I am going to have to persuade Marcilino into becoming a Mormon so I can marry you too!!!

  • Dang! That's a huge difference! I just don't think I could last very long as a vegan. I love lobster and grouper, and scallops, and fish and bacon and steakandlambandtunaandmuttonand........see my problem?

  • I think I must have a leg fetish (among a few others). Hot.  I actually find both pictures sexy.

  • I want to go to there.

  • ladyboyrevolution is the most hilarious name ive ever seen...

  • So your thighs "slimmed".  I liked them before.  Did your breasts slim, too?  P

  • I think LBR just wants to see you naked.  Don't fall for it.  You look great in both of the pictures.

  • The first one actually works.  Women with thin thighs looks really weird.  When I see them walk toward me, it looks like they have a ruler, or an invisible phallus between their legs.  All that empty space freaks me out.  This is not an admission that I like phatties either.  Phatties are gross unless they are making baked food stuffs.

  • I think both pics are pretty yummy.

  • @LadyboyRevolution - This is a quote from the link below:

    "The first thing you need to know is why raw food helps people lose
    weight more effectively than eating healthy cooked meals. Part of the
    answer goes back to our distant ancestral past when our cave dwelling
    forebears had no knowledge of fire or how to cook food. Back then, all
    food was eaten raw because that's the way it came. The human digestive
    system was and still is set up to deal with raw food.

    In fact by cooking our food, we are taking away some of the work our
    bodies have to do in order to digest the food we eat. It takes more work
    from our digestive systems to deal with raw food and that means we
    actually use more energy to digest it than we do with cooked food. That
    is because cooking food breaks down some of the tougher to digest parts
    of the food, making it easier to digest and therefore we use less energy
    to achieve the same result."

  • @light_blue_fables - Cooking anything above 105 degrees kills all nutrition. The average American "diet" with there predictable cancer, diabetes, and "legal" drug addiction proves that conventional wisdom will kill you. Raw fruit is the EASIEST food on the planet to digest. Shimmer has dogmatic PICTURES to prove her results. And you want her to return to the way she looked in the first picture??? The only reason raw VEGETABLES (not fruit) is hard for some people to digest is because they have abused there bodies with cooked food to the point that they have damaged there digestive system. Cooked rice is good for weight loss though, but not even close to the nutritional value of raw fresh fruit.

  • Shimmer is SEXY! I am gonna try this diet!!!

  • I agree that girl is SEXY!

  • You must have great posture. That's sexy.

  • wow, I should go on that diet

  • Is it wrong that I prefer the before picture?

  • @LadyboyRevolution - I'm glad we agree. :) I think she looks great in both pictures. I didn't say anything negative about the weight loss or the photographs. I was just stating that the raw aspect of the diet is an important factor.

  • I eat whatever I want and don't gain a pound.I guess I should be glad but I sure wish I could gain about 30 pounds.50 pounds at 6'9 tall,and I'd be a beast!  But I want it to be muscle though!

  • Yeah I need to do this. I have fatty thighs that won't go away, even after losing 20 pounds.

  • @imTHEmeowMIXcat - you should! It sounds like a lot of fun. I wish I could run.
    @we_deny_everything - I'm glad you didn't put a Christ Brown pic in front of your comment.

    @light_blue_fables - I don't eat raw. I'd love to, but I don't have the money or ability to go to the grocery store all the time so I eat the cooked version. I try to eat raw when I can. Time lapse was a bit over a month.

    @LadyboyRevolution - I will keep that in mind for next time, but as a white person I don't feel like I have too much to offer. heehehe

    @soccerdadforlife - haha, yes, my breasts slimmed but I will take it because they're perky and I like them better. :P

  • @mich_yap - hehehehhe

    @TheCellOfDougMoe - Ladyboys are hot!

    @Kellsbella - If you wanted to try it you could try the Ornish program and use low fat. Low fat dairy, low fat meat.  Although my dog seems to stay pretty slim and she eats a lot of meat and just recently ate a dead baby bird.

    @RushmoreJ - thanks!!

    @GodlessLiberal - Go where... are you going to make fun of my messy room..

    @BlizzZX - haha I love him

    @verified_but_still_denied - Thanks!!!

    @Erika_Steele - Thank you!! I think I do have my butt on my blog but it's in my earlier posts. hehehehhe

  • @buddly47 - thank you, that's nice!!

    @Seussian - you're safe, I don't have gappy thighs. But I do have an invisible penis

    @rachelbachel32 - thanks!!

    @TSJesse - That is AWESOME!!!

    @MiaIsabella - Thanks a lot!

    @Lithium98 - I have the worst posture in the world unfortunately...  teach meh?

    @godfatherofgreenbay - you should try it! You don't have to count calories or anything, just eat eat eat

  • Vegans are hot. period. chunky or not!!!

  • How much time between the two pictures? Are you able to maintain?

  • This made me hungry.

  • I love how much taller you look too

  • I agree with the aforementioned comments- both pics are hot!

  • ur 2nd pic is amazing!!! awesome, i'm inspired 2 eat more veggies. ty :) keep it up!

  • @ShimmerBodyCream - Bad posture equal teh not seksys! Stand up straight up against a wall. Your shoulders and upper back should be completely flat against it. Your butt and heels should be up against the wall too. Your lower back should be off the wall (just like your good looks! ;D). If you can't hold that position for about a minute without your back feeling uncomfortable, you have bad posture. You gotta work out your lower back muscles to fix it. Doooo eeet!!!

  • You look awesome in both photos.

  • I can think of a sexercise that will help tone those thighs right up...

  • super jelly!! I need to try this!

  • The first picture is gorgeous. You are doing something right.

  • How long have you been on the diet ?

  • Whoa!! Sexy beast you!

  • not a leg man but high five for being vegan!

  • How much did you work out in between? I have heard other people say that after becoming vegan they lost significant amounts of weight, but more importantly they got more energy. I keep thinking about becoming a vegan (I'm currently a vegetarian), but I find it hard to give up milk products. Seeing your thin thighs inspires me to go work out.

  • Actually, I like the first picture better.  But what is this diet?  I have lost 52 pounds, but need to lose this last 15 pounds I'm carrying around.  I need to lose my belly fat.

  • DAMN.

    I'm eating about 50% raw right now - just because I LOVE it.  You look AMAZING.  I hope I get similar results!

    May

  • *catcalls lewdly*

  • I think 1st photograph's legs + 2nd photograph's pose would be great.

  • Shimmer what carbs are you eating??? Pasta??? Oatmeal??? I have been eating tons of fruit but I am also eating pasta and lot's of rice.

  • @naughty_virgin - Definitely more energy and clearer skin. waay clearer skin. I don't work out a whole lot but when I do it's belly dancing. 100-800 jumping jacks a day, and maybe a little bit of strength training. (like 20 jump squats or 30pushups or something)

    Milk products are hard to give up because they have a compound in them that is meant to be physically addicting so babies will keep drinking more of it. Milk products are hard for me too, but it's easy for me now not to consume it because everytime I do I get these horrible welted zits on my face... ugh. You don't necessarily have to give up milk products. Dr. Ornish suggests low fat milk products are okay.

  • @LadyboyRevolution - My mainstays are sweet potatoes, rice, regular potatoes, carrots, apples, bananas (lots of those), tomatoes, salads made with my own 1/2 soy sauce and 1/2 rice wine vinegar with ginger, sushi (cucumber rolls, I have a sushi maker and when you break it down it's just rice, seaweed, and cucumber basically!) and fresh spring rolls (Cilantro, lettuce, tofu, rice noodles - the tofu I don't think is rec'd by 30BAD)

    mainly I'm a banana and sweet potato addict.

  • @sonnigenmai - Thank you! I am sure you will. The more carbs the better! Good luck :)

  • @TiredSoVeryTired - 30bananasaday.com Basically it's called HCRV. High carb raw vegan. It's a fruit based diet based off of 80/10/10 (By Dr. Dough Graham 80% carbs, 10% protein, 10%fat) It comes down to you eat high carb, low fat, vegan foods. Now I am not raw, I find it too hard for my living situation so I am high carb, low fat, cooked vegan. Basically you eat absolutely anything you want, in any amounts, just as long as it's low in fat and vegan. (Usually less than 10% fat) EX: potatoes, pasta, rice, some beans, basically all vegetables, basically all fruit (Limit avocados which are high in fat). Think of it this way Fruits & Vegetables = unlimited quantities, especially fruit. Starches = most are acceptable, rice and potatoes being the best. (based off of McDougall's book starch solution.) also basically in unlimited quantities.

    Hope this helps!

  • @XMyEmoLoverX - off and on. I have been strict about it this month. Sometimes I am bad and will eat potato chips or other high fat foods, but this diet is my mainstay and what I try to keep 95% of the time. So maybe a couple of months? The pic was taken Apr 17th and the new pic was taken at the time of the blog post. Hope that helps!

  • @XMyEmoLoverX - If you see the above comment I answered a similar question :) Hope it helps, tell me if you have any more questions.

  • @sf2slc - The picture was taken Apr 17th. (before) the new pic at the time of this blog posting. Very easy to maintain. I can eat all the time and I love all the food. :) Hope this helps, tell me if you have more questions.

  • Yeah! I like the first pic!

  • @ShimmerBodyCream - Nice lot's of vitamins in those foods!

  • @ShimmerBodyCream - Ah, I see, thanks.  I would gain weight on any diet with rice and potatoes.  In fact, by reducing the amount of rice I eat I lost 30 pounds.  But in this diet the high carbs is unprocessed so not noodles or pasta, right?  And certainly no Oreos and ice cream... my downfalls.  lol  I'm thinking of trying a rawish diet with some lean fish and chicken for the next couple of months.

  • @TiredSoVeryTired - Were you eating fatty foods with the rice/potatoes? Did you cut your fat content down to 10%?

  • Shimmer I was on a thinspo blog and the girl was wondering why she was depressed and felt like shit after starving herself. I told her she was undercarbed and starved but what do I know?  I linked her over here but that won't do any good.

  • @ShimmerBodyCream - Hmm, perhaps carbs with fatty foods was part of the issue.  I don't know because I used to eat a lot of rice and potatoes.  I need to keep a better eye on my fat content.

  • @ShimmerBodyCream - you seem to dropped a lot of inches. How much weight or body fat% have you dropped for the past 6 weeks or so?

  • WHAT?! Does this diet really work? HIGH carbs? I adore carbs...

    What was the time lapse between pictures?!

  • @Shopgirl0393 - Yep, as long as you keep low fat (around 10%) The pic was taken Apr 17th and the new pic was taken at the time of the blog post. Hope this helps. :)

  • You're looking good... In both pics...

  • That's a major difference! I want legs like that... but I like junk food and meat too much, haha.

  • Daaang.  Too bad I like eating animals.
