IP bans don't mean crap. Whether or not your IP is static depends on your service, and even if it is, there are a seemingly infinite number of proxies out there. Give your modem a reboot; if it is a dynamic IP, that'll probably change it.

I was going to suggest rebooting, but @Dargon - beat me to it. Most of the time IP's don't remain static, so just reboot and see if that doesn't get you back in.

When you block someone, the last info that they saw, will reaimn what they see until you unblock them.He probably appeared offline. You can't change your info if your not logged in. There's only one way to know(aside of asking them else ware) if someone blocked you, you would have to make a new msn account and add them on it. If they show up as online on the new name, and offline on the old one, your blocked.All of this should work the same way on 2009 and 2011
